
SEMI-PRIVATE & GROUP COACHING
Semi-Private Coaching
Some people work best with partners or small groups. If that’s you, our semi-private coaching program may be just what you’re looking for. Semi-private coaching is essentially personal training in a semi-private setting. This format offers you the benefit of working with an experienced High Performance coach who will keep you accountable, and the support of a like-minded community. Semi-private training is done in-person at our training facility and consists of 2-4 people per session. Participants are divided into 3 different groups/categories based on their training goals, experience, and fitness levels. This allows participants to receive the best coaching and training experience. Coaching for semi-private training is delivered using our hybrid coaching model, which means ongoing coaching and training support is provided on “off-days'“ in-between in-person training sessions. We use our personal training app to deliver self-guided training programs for corrective exercise, injury prevention, or performance enhancement. Each self-guided program is tailored specifically for each client.
Group Coaching (Online)
Our group coaching programs are the online version of our semi-private training programs. Like semi-private training, group coaching programs are divided into 3 programs that reflect our High Performance training methodology, and includes our Kick-start, Shred, and Power Programs. Each program is designed as a multi-phasic, goal-specific training program, that is proven to produce results.
Our group coaching programs are designed to fit your everyday lifestyle, and provide you the freedom to train whenever and wherever. You can access your program straight from your phone with our mobile-friendly platform, or print a PDF file of the training program. Our goal is to provide you with a coaching program that fits you and gets results, and when you commit to this journey, your coach will be there to motivate you and ensure you stay on track. So whether you’re a beginner or a high-performance athlete, we will give you the tools, support, and strategies you need to take your health, fitness, and performance to the next level.
Who it’s For
While 1-on-1 coaching offers you the most personalized experience and the highest level of care, semi-private training and group coaching can offer you great results, and may be more cost-friendly. If you enjoy a team environment and the accountability of a supportive community, semi-private or group coaching is just for you. Semi-private training offers the same level of personalization as 1-on-1 coaching, but in a 2-4 person setting. Our group coaching programs are tailored to fit every fitness and performance level from beginners to advanced athletes, and will help you maximize your performance whether you’re behind the desk or on the field. Each format offers you the chance to reach your goals of strength, fat loss, and athletic development, while connecting with others in a highly encouraging and motivational environment.
Please Note: If you are recovering from a major injury, or dealing with a severe chronic condition, we suggest you look into our 1-on-1 coaching programs.
How it Works
Each of our group coaching programs is broken down into month-long (4 weeks) programs, and have 3 different progressive phases. That means each program includes up to 3 months (or 12 weeks) of progressive training. Each program begins with phase one for the first month and progresses to phases 2 and 3 over the next several weeks. After 12 weeks, you can choose to repeat the program or progress to a different program. For the maximum results, it is recommended you complete all 3 phases for each program.
Semi-private training programs follow a similar progressive training format, with programs cycling every 4-6 weeks based on the client’s progression and training frequency. Each training plan is tailored specifically to the client’s goals and needs.
Once you decide on the program you want to participate in and complete the contact form, you will be contacted shortly after with registration details. Once registered, you will receive detailed information about the program, along with any additional resources and login information. Program enrollment is ongoing, and payments for programs are made monthly/every 4 weeks.
Semi-Private and Group Coaching Programs
Our 3 High Performance semi-private and group coaching programs include our Kick-Start program, Shred program, and Power program. If you are just beginning your High Performance fitness journey or need to rebound after an injury or extended break, our Kick-Start program will give you just what you need. If your main goal is improving your strength while achieving rapid fat loss, the Shred program will do just that. Lastly, if you’re focused on improving and enhancing your athletic performance on the field or for an athletic competition, the power program will help you do exactly that. High Performance KICK-START
Ready to kick-start your body into shape with a strength training program that will improve your health and lower your risk of injury? If so, this program is for you. The High Performance Kick-start Program helps you kick-start your journey to health and fitness. This program lays the foundation for achieving High Performance, and gives you the formula to reduce your injury risks and increase your functional capacity. In this program you can expect to see improvements in your mobility, muscular strength and endurance, core strength and stability, and overall exercise capacity.
High Performance SHRED
If you’re looking to build strength and shred body fat then look no further than our High Performance Shred Program. With this program you will focus on burning fat and building lean muscles through a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and cardiovascular conditioning. The combination of strength training and high intensity interval training is the perfect combination to help you lose weight and ensure the weight you lose is primarily fat and not muscle. This training method leads to sustained weight loss.
High Performance POWER
Every athlete needs a great coach and a great training program to reach their full potential. The High Performance Power Program is an athletic development program that is designed to help you gain that competitive edge necessary to take your game to the next level. High Performance Power develops you into a complete athlete and prepares you for your sport and athletic competition by integrating the principles of sports performance and strength and conditioning. With this program you will improve your strength, speed, power, agility, and overall athleticism.
