1-on-1 Coaching
High Performance Sports and Training Solutions offers 1-on-1 coaching and training solutions for in-person and virtual clients. With an emphasis on strength training, athletic development, and injury prevention, HPST Solutions coaching programs focus on helping you improve your functional capacity, enhance your performance, and achieve pain-free movement. In order to achieve High Performance results, we utilize a variety of physiological, postural, and movement assessments to determine your needs and establish your functional baseline. After that, we marry both your goals and your needs to design the most effective High Performance plan.
Our 1-on-1 services are offered in-person at our training facility (or we can come to you), and virtually through Zoom. So whether you want to train from the comfort of your own home (in-person or virtually), at a local park, or at our training facility, we have your solution.
At HPST Solutions, we utilize a hybrid coaching method, which combines the best of In-person and online coaching (via a personal training app), to create the ultimate coaching and training experience. Through hybrid style coaching, we provide continuous coaching support and engagement via email and in-app messaging, along with self-guided exercise programs. Our self-guided exercise programs, are custom training programs delivered via our HPST Solutions Personal Training app, and are completed by clients on their “off days” between sessions. These custom programs often include conditioning/cardio programs, along with corrective exercise and injury prevention programs, to help you achieve maximum results with maximum efficiency, and remain injury and pain-free. Additional services such as nutrition coaching and education, are also available as add-on services.
Who it’s For
For those who love the engagement and interaction of working face-to-face with a coach, and the additional accountability of showing up to train at a specific time and location, our 1-on-1 coaching program is for you! In-person (or virtual) training is especially beneficial for those who may be new to exercise, recovering from a nagging injury, or have special considerations for exercise that require the presence and guidance of an experienced exercise professional. Those who have intense performance and weight loss goals, and value additional coaching support, will benefit greatly from our hybrid model.
How it Works
When you choose a coaching plan you’re interested in and complete the contact form, you will be contacted shortly after by a High Performance Coach to schedule a consultation. During your consultation, your coach will discuss your goals, lifestyle, current fitness status, and health history. Based on your goals and additional information gathered in your consultation, your coach will help you choose the coaching plan that will work best for you. All coaching plans come in either 1, 3, or 6-month plans.
Once you have agreed to a plan and decided on in-person or virtual, your coach will design a program that is specifically tailored to your goals, needs, and training environment. If training in-person, we will provide all the necessary training equipment. If training is done virtually your program will be designed based on the equipment that you have or no equipment at all.
1-on-1 Coaching Plans
Our in-person coaching plans come in 3 different levels based on commitment levels and training frequency (2, 3, or 4 times a week). The Basic Performance plan is ideal for general health maintenance, Next Level Performance is ideal for strength improvements and weight loss, and High Performance is ideal for maximizing your potential and decreasing the timeline to achieving your goal. Nutrition coaching can be added on to any plan.
