No different than training in-person, a personalized coaching program is developed specifically for you to get you the best and quickest results. While you’re on this journey your coach will be there to motivate you and ensure you stay on track by providing support, accountability, and monitoring your progress with regular accountability check-ins. Whether your goal is athletic development, injury prevention and pain free movement, or improving your strength and conditioning, online coaching can work for you.

With an emphasis on strength training, athletic performance enhancement, and injury prevention, our 1-on-1 coaching programs focus on helping you maximize your performance whether you’re behind the desk or on the field. So if you’re a busy professional on the go, a high performance athlete seeking a competitive edge, or someone dealing with a nagging injury, we have your solution.

How it Works

Once you choose a coaching plan you’re interested in and complete the contact form, you will be contacted shortly after by a High Performance Coach to schedule a consultation. During your consultation, your coach will discuss your goals, lifestyle, current fitness status, and health history. You will also have a chance to share additional information or ask any questions you may have. Based on your goals and additional information gathered in your consultation, your coach will help you choose the coaching plan that will work best for you, and design your custom program. All coaching plans come in either 1, 3, or 6 month plans (see below).

Online Coaching Plans

Our online coaching plans come in 3 different levels and vary by services offered, coaching support, and program delivery. Our Basic Performance plan is best for someone who works out routinely, needs minimal coaching support or nutrition guidance, and their main need is an expert designed personalized training program. Our Next Level plan is best for someone whose top priority is strength and/or injury prevention, and desires accountability and coaching support to stick to a training program and improve their lifestyle habits. The High Performance plan is best for someone whose primary goal is maximizing their performance through strength training and weight loss. This plan is ideal for those who desire the highest level of coaching support and engagement, and a highly detailed nutrition coaching plan for sustained weight loss.

Basic Performance

The Basic Performance Plan provides you with the bare essentials necessary to reach your goal. This plan provides a customized goal specific training plan designed just for you that you can perform on your own.

Next Level Performance

The Next Level Performance Plan takes things a step further and not only provides you with a goal-specific customized plan delivered through both PDF and the High Performance Sports and Training App, but you also gain access to expert level coaching and nutrition coaching.

    • Includes exercise demonstration videos

Coaching Support:

  • Exercise technique coaching and assessment

  • Bi-weekly accountability check-ins and updates via phone or video chat

High Performance

The High Performance Plan is the ultimate online coaching program. It includes all the bells and whistles of the Next Level Program with an even greater emphasis on coaching support and nutrition coaching. This plan is for those who are serious about improving their health, maximizing their performance, and getting their body in the best shape ever.
